The American Camp Association, a community of camp professionals who, for over 100 years, have joined together to share our knowledge and experience and to ensure the quality of camp programs, is looking for a Chief Operating Officer. The COO will be responsible for all activities throughout ACA and will work hand-in-hand with the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer. The position ensures the efficient operation of the organization as well as all supporting infrastructure. The position is responsible for the development and implementation of policies, procedures, systems and government relations. Maintaining excellent interpersonal relations with staff and colleagues is critical for this position.
