The Exhibitions Manager works collaboratively to implement seasonal exhibitions and related programming that supports the Garden’s mission, engages our community, and encourages visitation. The Exhibitions Manager will embrace and represent the diverse community and region that we serve and ensure relevance of exhibits for all audiences.
The Youth and Family Engagement Manager actively engages with the community in advancing the Garden’s mission through the development and implementation of effective nature-based learning experiences, fostering a sense of wonder, curiosity, and interest in the natural world.
The Educator assists in the development, administration and implementation of a dynamic array of programs designed specifically for youth and accompanying adults (teachers, parents, care providers) of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. They will present nature-based programs that are infused with a sense of discovery and joy, provide administrative assistance for program registration, and contribute to the upkeep of the Children’s Garden.
The Garden seeks a proven leader who can demonstrate a successful career of consistently moving an organization forward in pursuit of its vision. This individual will bring leadership characterized by an ability to garner broad community support, increase visibility of the organization and carry forward major new projects and programs.
This teaching position aids in the fulfillment of the Garden’s education mission by designing and implementing innovative programs for pre-school age visitors; is a member of the teaching team that presents nature-based programs to learners of all ages; and provides in-service training opportunities for educators, staff and volunteers on developmentally appropriate strategies for working with young children.
