The Development Manager will play a pivotal role in the operational and administrative aspects (including event planning and execution) of EarthCorps’ development program. The development manager will also oversee a portfolio of donors and will build relationships to steward and engage supporters in personalized and meaningful ways. The Development Manager will report to the Development Director.
The Development Director (DD) serves as a key leadership team member and an active participant in making strategic decisions affecting EarthCorps. In partnership with the ED, this position is responsible for all fundraising and development activities. The successful candidate will help forge new and existing relationships to build EarthCorps’ visibility, impact, and financial resources.
The Corps Operations Manager is a full time exempt position with EarthCorps and is responsible for developing and supporting EC’s Corps Program, which is an environmental service-learning program for 18-25-year-old of American and international young adults. The position involves program management of orientations, workshops, trainings, ensuring crew safety and maintaining the objectives of EarthCorps in all endeavors.
