A free set of resources for Primary and Secondary that will help teachers to explore COP26 and the climate emergency with their students. Schools are invited to run a COP26 assembly, a mini climate summit, and a climate action workshop that will lead to students, staff and the school itself committing to positive action for the planet.
WWF has collaborated with Climate Action Project to create a comprehensive resource for educators aimed at giving you confidence to prepare lessons, lead discussions and respond to questions from your class, avoiding the pitfalls of this complicated and emotional issue.
The WWF-US Youth Leadership Award acknowledges the achievements of exceptional young people working toward conservation solutions in the United States and seeks to inspire other young people to get involved in opportunities within their communities.
The recipient will receive a $5,000 award for tuition, research, professional development, and/or educational travel related to leadership and activism in conservation. They will be recognized and presented with the award at WWF’s Annual Dinner in October.
