Conservation Nation is the new path forward for Friends of the National Zoo (FONZ). Our goal is to save wildlife and their habitats by fueling a self-sustaining movement that brings a more diverse and inclusive community of conservationists to the fight, today and in the future. Our public launch was September 30, 2021, so we are just getting started!
Conservation Nation seeks part-time educators to help us pilot a new conservation careers exploration program in two to four Washington, DC high schools. This is a short-term, 16 week position for 5-10 hours a week. Are you a student or new to the field of education, looking for a spring job? Seasonal educator hoping for a quick gig before summer programs start? Long-time/retired educator seeking a brief, engaging employment opportunity? This is for you!
