Hidden Villa’s full-time, residential internship is our most in-depth place-based, experiential program for young, emerging leaders (generally ages 19 to 26) who are in the process of discovering the work they want to do. Interns will experiment with learning the values and skills of environmental and hands-on education, serving families and intergenerational groups on weekends and some field trip groups of grades PK-12th on Thursdays or Fridays.

The Registration Coordinator supports the Education Department in all their customer service, invoicing and communications with schools and other groups and works collaboratively to support the administrative functionality of the Department.

The Ropes Course activity specialist works with campers of all ages in creating meaningful teambuilding and challenge by choice activities. This individual will regularly set-up and take down the challenge course, belay campers and work with other belayers in creating an emotionally and physically safe environment to try new things.
Hidden Villa Summer Camp is seeking Residential Counselors to work collaboratively under the supervision of the Unit Leader to implement their residential program and create positive learning opportunities that support Hidden Villa’s Mission for one cohort of campers in grades 4-7, 8-10, or 10-12.

The Community and Guest Services coordinator will work with staff, interns and volunteers in bringing this beautiful refuge and classroom to life!
The Community and Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating Hidden Villa’s weekend farm tours and tour guide volunteers, supporting recruitment and retention of volunteers for various Hidden Villa programs. This position assists with picnic sites and facility rentals, selected special events, and general guest services team support including communications and logistics.
