The Annual Maine Environmental Education Association (MEEA) Conference will be held virtually on April 7, 2022.

This year, MEEA celebrates our 40th anniversary year and the theme of our conference is:

EE 40 Future: Reflecting on the Past and Envisioning Environmental Education for the Future

There are 20+ workshops being offered, as well as networking opportunities, MEEA's annual meeting and an exciting keynote panel at 4:00 pm featuring: Ogechi Obi, Alivia Moore and Nolan Altvater.

There are also exciting in- person meetups happening throughout the month of April at environmental and outdoor education sites throughout the state.

The registration form can be found here

The cost of the conference is $0-45 per person, and the in-person meet-ups are free! We can provide contact hours. It is truly OK for folks to come for FREE. We know that folks don't have a lot of funding for professional learning right now and want this event to be accessible for all!

If you have questions about the conference please email Anna Sommo- anna@meeassociation.org.
