About the ELP Fellowship:
ELP Fellowships offer intensive leadership and skills training, national networking opportunities, and time for personal and professional reflection. Through immersive retreats, our curriculum helps emerging leaders hone their leadership styles, improve their strategy and organizational development, and strengthen their outreach to diverse constituencies. With the assistance of professional coaching and peer learning, each Fellow develops a Personal Leadership Plan.
The 2022 Great Lakes Regional program will be offered in a virtual/hybrid format with the first and third retreats to be held in person at the beautiful *Maumee Bay Lodge & Conference Center in Oregon, OH (as conditions allow) and the second retreat offered virtually via a Zoom platform.
2022 RETREAT DATES
Retreat #1: June 9-12, 2022 at *Maumee Bay in Oregon, OH
Retreat #2: August 4-5 and August 12-13 (Virtual Format)
Retreat #3: October 6-9, 2022 at *Maumee Bay in Oregon, OH
ELP has adopted a COVID-19 policy requiring all staff, facilitators, and participants to be vaccinated unless a medical or religious exception is approved. We will also require you to provide proof of vaccination.
