Statewide Evaluations for Collective Impact

For the May 2019 installment of NAAEE's monthly webinar series we heard about exciting work happening across the NAAEE Affiliate Network to evaluate environmental education at the state level. Watch the recorded webinar and consider how you might do similar work in your state!

How can we tell our story more effectively to advance environmental education? Which measures speak the loudest? Katie Navin, Executive Director of the Colorado Alliance for Environmental Education, will discuss what CAAEE has learned from practitioners, funders, researchers, and national experts to create shared outcomes and collective evaluation in Colorado.

And join Jeanine Silversmith, Project Manager for the Rhode Island Environmental Education Association, to learn about Rhode Island’s statewide survey of K-12 educators and the successful partnerships that were informed by the results. Jeanine will share information about the development and implementation of the tool and give a brief update on their progress toward assessing student environmental literacy in Rhode Island.
