EDU 546: Teaching Environmental Education

Teaching Environmental Education is a 3 credit course taught through Northern Kentucky University. Participants will learn about the principles and goals of EE, curriculum models, teaching strategies, classroom and community resources, outdoor education, and current research in EE. This is a 7-week online course that runs from Jan. 8 through Feb. 23. 

This 3 credit graduate level course is designed to help educators, both formal and informal, enhance their understanding and ability to deliver high quality envrionmental education. 

Northern Kentucky University now offers a Micro-credential in Environmental Education. This course can be taken as part of the Micro-credential program or as a stand alone course. Participants can apply as a non-degree seeking graduate student.
