Homeowners associations and individual citizens are invited to download a free app to determine whether their ash trees are susceptible to the Emerald Ash Borer. The app is intended not just for homeowners, but also for business owners, school groups or anyone concerned about the potential impacts of this pest. Though created by the Colorado State Forest Service, the tool is applicable to other states who may face the same threats to ash trees.
