Parents Wanting More Climate Change in the Classroom

Recently NPR posted an article on how 4 out of 5 parents wish that climate change was addressed more in schools. It addresses the disconnect between state standards covering human-caused climate change, and what actually gets covered in the classroom. I found it interesting that both Republicans and Democrats feel that climate change is not addressed enough in schools. Personally I do everything I can to bring climate change into my curriculum, but others may not have the ability or the desire to do so.

Parents, do your children learn about climate change in school? If not, do you wish they did? Share your thoughts and experiences!! Article here: https://www.npr.org/2019/04/22/714262267/most-teachers-dont-teach-climat...
